Swimming!!
Oh, how I love this weather!! I was able to go swimming both on Sunday and yesterday evening down at the beach with James Mc!!But also I was able to use the school pool (Plymouth College - left) yesterday for a good swim, which was nice!! There was hardly anybody in there it was amazing! The really nice thing is that OPM's are allowed to use it free!!
Th main reason for the swim was to get into a bit of training for a the Harbour Swim on Thursday at Lyme Regis - A distance of 2/3 mile across th harbour!!
(and now ache all over!!)
