"Run Forest Run.."
Went for a Run yesterday down to the bay with the running club. We went down the Taf to Mermaid Key and then back up the really 'big road' to town and then the University!! I was Shattered so watched a DVD with a take-out of Chessy Chips...!! Beautiful!!
The Untouchables is a pretty good film! Not one of the best but a good watch when recovering from a run!!
