The Life of a Jammie Dodger

This Friday we are off as a Family to the "De Vere Royal Bath", in Bournemouth!! Apparently it is a bit posh..?!! (That means that I can't wear shorts all the time..!!)

Monday was a nice day with us going over to see Dad's side of the family in Lyme Regis! I was a good break after the madness of Sunday!! I was so weird leaving Cardiff before quite a few people hadn't started thier exams!!

Vists are always a bit mad when we go over to Lyme Regis, none more so than this one although it was, but still great!

Since then I have been trying to get myself a job (proving harder than you would think, but I am hopeful?!!)!!

On a totally different subject I went to Athletics last night, having just consumed a large Roast in about 5 or so minutes!! I don't recommend it!! I suffed a bit during the training shall we say!!

This evening I am off to the beach with some mates!! Will probably end up going for a paddle....swim!!

The morning started well and we got to 'Clarks Village' at about 11:45/12, to have a look round and buy a few things! There are some amazing shops there and some of the stuff is SOOO Cheap!!

We then had lunch in the GLORIOUS sunshine and then proceeded to drive onto Glastonbury. There are some well weird shops there, very alternative in a hippy kind of way!! Having escaped the village we then walked up the Torr befores stopping on the top for photo's an sunbathing!!

Afterwards we went back into the Village and had a Cider before coming home!!

Yestrday evening I was just going out for a drink as I was quite tired but ended staying out till the early hours!! We started at Edwards, went onto the Lava Lounge and ended the night in the Soda Bar(?) (which I might add is a real find!!)

I'm going to see Ben Harper in July!!!!

I can't wait until tomorrow!!

Firstly:
There is a group of us off to Glastonbury for the day - because we can!!
Secondly:
There is the third in the trilogy of the X men Films!!

Having only seen the second of them on Friday I am well up for the "The Last Stand"!! Especaily when the likes of 'Kelsey Grammer' ('Fraser') and 'Vinne Jones' ('hard-nut' of football!) join the line up of stars in the cast!!

Glastonbury is also something to look forward to. Random I know, but why not go?!

2nd Roast in two weekends yesterday followed by a nice muffin...!!

Went for a walk afterwards with Simon Becci and Matt. However I hadn't really thought this through properly..!! I was only wearing sandals and it had only just finished raining!! Yep I fell on my 'backside' in a nice muddy puddle..!!

My jobs today include trying to revitalise my car battery and to find out more about T Shirt designs for the Malawi team!! I'm not even going!!!

One of the 'many' highlights of revision is when your Flip-Flops decide to break and you realise that you are going to need some more pretty soon!!!

I bought these today from Debenhams...I rather like them!! Th down side of having shin splints is that you need proper fitted shoes - more expensive!!

the joys of a Roaat lunch are not fully appreciated until you go without one for a while and then you go to the Heath Pub and have a Roast Beef followed by a Sticky Toffee Pudding!! (OH MY WORD...!!)

Church was good fun last night with Dayo and I on Hot Chocolate!! There were loads of people all wanting our new creation that was invented by Day last night with the Hot Chocolate!! Twas a lovely evening service as well with people getting baptised. Though I didn't leave the church until 10pm..!! (sorry Katie I didn't make it down afterwards.)

Exam is on Friday so the last minute revision is getting a bit frantic to say the least!! I really hope that the revision session this afternoon with amate of mine goes as well as last week's? Although, I don't think that we will be Sun Bathing again working on my ironing board...?!!

Well last week was little boring, with work dominating the time!! However regular runs have kept me 'sane'..?!!

Saturday night was great fun with Matt Bater providing a great number of laughs at Dayo's 'Murder Mystery'!! The girls had really entered into it getting proper clothes and accesories from the perod of the 1920's, when the Murder took place: All of them looking really nice indeed.

Dayo 'out-did' himself with the food that he produced...Stunning!!!! By the end the Characters where so interweaven that it was hard to tell who was who, who fancied who and which gender they where!!

I played a Scot who liked his drink, and had as many cliches as humanly possible!! I was the cousin to the dead woman, and was engaged to be married to her(/him - as she changed her gender to become a Jockey!!)

To top it all off none of us guessed that Lucy was the murderer...!!

Last night was another night of 'Britishnesss' with a group of us going to the beach again and having a 'very' BBQ and Bonfire until "rain stopped play!!!"

After the recommendation I thought seroiusly about getting some 'Fake Tan', but me being me it would probably end up going wrong!! Also I get enough tick for using moisturiser....'Fake Tan' is another league totally!!

No, I will leave my 'beautiful' white legs to go brown naturally as the sun tans them!!

(or Clarins, Paris: 'Gel Auto Bronzant' as it may be..!!)

Over the last week or so I have watched a few films including "Assualt on Precinct 13!!" (even Bev - "Bov"- found it pretty full on!!) Dayo and I thought it was a brilliant film!! In Ireland it was given th rating of 18, whereas here only 15, so it was no Romantic Comedy!!

Also over the weekend I met up with an old school friend for a coffee on Sunday morning and at Starbucks (Oh, how I have missed their coffee!!)

It's now May so the Shorts are now the feature, giving my very white legs (at the moment!!), a much needed air!! Lets hope that the sun comes out soon so tht I can start gaining a base tan!!
